Product Application : Recommendation for Optimum Results
Dosing point is recommended immediately after Hot Press before slicing.
Plywood temperature must be at least 50 degree Celsius at time of coating.
Dosage is recommended on both face & back plywood at:
3g / sq ft on 3.6mm and above
2g / sq ft on 2.4 – 2.7 mm
We strongly recommend Coating Method for this application using our CYC CF 3000 Precision Coater Machine designed for precision coating to a minimum of 0.5g / Sq Ft
